Message any customer, individually or as a group

With the built-in messenger, you can now quickly message any individual or group of customers in seconds — provided free to all marinas signed up with Swift Harbour. That means no managing email addresses, no wasted time on the phone, just a simple way to connect with guests in seconds. So whether there is construction underway, conditions that will affect a customer’s arrival, or just an open-invite party, you can now rest assured that your customers will know about them.

Messaging an individual customer

To message an individual customer, click on the message icon directly in the booking details panel as seen below:
 


Messaging a group of customers (messages in bulk)

To message a group, click the check boxes next to the customer in the dashboard and then click the messenger button on the bottom right (see below):
 


Using the messenger

Using the messenger is simple. Just add a subject, a message and hit send. All emails will be cc’d to you for record keeping and delivered to your customers without having to add email addresses or contact info.

Once a message is sent, your customers will see a message in their email like you see below:
