White Listing the Swift Harbour Notification Emails

On occasion, the Swift Harbour notification emails can end up in your spam depending on your email service provider. To stop this from happening, please follow the instructions below:

  • Outlook or Windows Mail – See instructions here
  • Gmail – see instructions here
  • Apple Mail – You have a few options to play around with when it comes to which emails get flagged as spam and which don’t. Open the Mail menu, choose Preferences, then Junk Mail. The filter can be turned on and off, and you can set the types of messages that are exempt (like emails from people in your contacts list). For emails are already in the spam (or junk) folder, there’s another option—you’ll see a Move to Inbox button at the top of the email when you open it. Whichever method you choose, Mail takes note of the future sorting of messages.

Questions, click the chatbot you see on the bottom right of the page and our team would be happy to assist.
